Hashtag is a happy Chum and loves to play TAGURIT, his favorite game, with all the inhabitants of Chumland. Adding tags to Chums is fun until Questclamation changes good tags into bad ones after the three Blue R's are pushed aside by the others. The characters are vibrant and the storyline innovative. It captures hearts and children have no challenge to connect emotionally and mentally with the colorful characters in the book. Written in rhyme it has a distinct happy rhythm and propels the reader on in the story. Each character has familiar features, an emoji face and screen interface. After all, social media platforms and apps have taken cyberbullying to a whole new realm. Meet the Author
Sharon Swanepoel’s love for children compels her to invest most of her time to influence the next generation to reach their full potential in life. While she has not been blessed with biological children of her own, she and her husband, Rudi, adopted the children of the world. They are involved in literacy projects, orphan care and have launched Hashtag Big Bad Bully; a robust and comprehensive campaign to combat bullying of any kind while providing practical resources, links, tools and advice to overcome this destructive phenomenon in our current culture. She is an author and award winning artist. She currently resides in Atlanta, GA.
